My husband and I were looking for a pressure washing company for our home and pool side area. We contacted several for a quote and RC Power Cleaning was the one we selected based off google reviews , estimate, and professionalism. Our call was promptly returned and with an hr a quote was received and a few days later RC Power Cleaning came out and pressure washed and it looks amazing. Corey Bridges was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and gave us some tips incase we wanted to tackle our vinyl fence in the future. In addition to his services with our home and pool area he gave us a number to a concrete company to assist with some concrete repair needs that we are interested in. Outstanding First Rate Operation. Super work ethic. Privately owned & operated. Corey was recommended to me by my son. My initial need was only for power washing of my house. Corey threw in power washing my driveway and the sidewalk which surrounds a large portion of my property. As I watched Corey working that hot day, I made the decision and inquired what it would take to restore my wrap around patio pavers. Fast forward, the restoring of two wrap around patios shocked me as I saw gray colored pavers restore to a reddish color. Corey’s meticulous work in filling in every crack between pavers convinced me that I made the right decision to invest more money without thinking twice. “A super hard worker”….. Corey pressure washed my house last week and just a few hours after he left I noticed there were water spots all over the house and I reached out to him about it and he responded immediately and explained what it may be and stated that the rain should wash it them away and if not he would come out and take care of it. He reached out to me after the rain to see if the spots had washed away and they actually had, I was impressed with his quick response and willingness to fix the problem. He did an excellent job pressure washing my house and driveway. We have used RC POWER CLEANING on several of our projects. Corey is an honest and reliable guy with a TON of knowledge. I was very impressed with the process. I always assumed heavy chemicals and hard pressure was the most effective however RC Power Cleaning get the most amazing results with their much more calculated approach. I highly recommend Corey for cleaning gutters. He is professional, he communicated well from the beginning of the services til the end. He called to introduce himself and schedule the initial appointment, which followed up with a text and an email. Corey was prompt and I received texts when he arrived and when the job was completed. I'll definitely use RC Power Cleaning again to power wash my home. Corey explained the estimate when I called and followed up with an email so I also had it in writing. The day of he sent a text that he was ahead of schedule, he knew I would be home all day and it wasn't a problem to come early; the text was still appreciated. I've had my current home power washed before but I can honestly say it's never looked this clean since we moved in 3 years ago. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am and Corey arrived 5 - 10 minutes ahead of schedule. He also provided high quality customer service as well as keeping me informed throughout the process from start to finish. Corey was great to work with! We built our house almost 6 years ago and have never had it pressure washed. I know, I know...anyways, Corey was able to work around nap time for my boys. I live in Roebuck, SC. Extremely happy that Corey was willing to come over an hour away to do several areas of my home neglected for 7 plus years due to being a single mom working a job not conducive to home maintenance. I found RC Power Cleaning in passing by a neighborhood they had a sign at. I spoke with Corey and he was able to come out to my property the next day. I am very happy with the work that he did. My house had a lot of weathered stains and some mold and mildew on the front that was unsightly. Now my house looks brand new. I called RC power Cleaning and they came out the same day. I wasn’t able to be home but Corey came and did an amazing job. Cleaned all my gutters and downspouts - provided pictures , and even reconnected a gutter piece that had become disconnected. I highly recommend this company. Corey cleaned out my gutters and cleaned my driveway. After getting all the leaves out of the gutters he made sure the area was clean and looking good. They driveway had not been cleaned in 18 years and I can't tell you what a difference this has made. He got all the stains and mold and grime out and it almost looks new. Corey was great! We have hired 2 other people who could not get out cedar porch railings clean without damaging them. Corey got them so clean and keep them intact! We also couldn’t find anything to properly clean our brick foundations with mud staining and Corey easily took care of it! The entire house looks great! If you need pressurewashing, I highly recommend RC Powerwashing! Corey was very responsive to my call. Was on time to our appointment and offered a fair estimate for service. He compelted powerwashing my home and screened porch in just a couple of hours and even pointed out a couple of spots where I would likley need to touch up the paint on my trim. Corey was very professional meeting with me. He explained exactly what I needed and was always quick to respond to any questions. He has finished the power washing on my house that had mold growing on two sides and it's now gone and lots of spider webs.
